Rigid Toe Plate

Foot pain from sports injuries such as turf-toe or diseases such as osteoarthritis or painful tendon movements can often be helped with the use of a rigid foot plate. These plates are very thin and fit well into most footwear. They help reduce pain by limiting or eliminating painful ranges of motion in the effected joints. Rigid toe plates come in a variety of sizes and can be modified if necessary. Ideally used with athletic footwear, the plates are restricted by the tightness of a shoe.
